1 (10 oz) box couscous, cooked
1 green pepper, diced
1 bunch green onions, diced
4 carrots, shredded
1 (15 ½ oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ¼ oz) can corn, drained
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1/8 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic, minced
3 drops hot pepper sauce
½ tsp salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and seasoned salt
¼ tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp cinnamon and ground ginger

Fluff couscous; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add couscous, stirring well. Refrigerate until serving. Serves 6-8
