l cup dry white wine
l /2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh oregano
2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme
In a large bowl mix together wine, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and thyme. Add chicken or fish cover and chill at least 30 minutes or up to l full day. Turn occasionally to coat meat evenly . Drain and disregard marinade. Grill over medium heat until cooked through.
