10 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced ¼” thick
½ cup butter
4 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 ½ cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 finely chopped onion
Velveeta cheese
Melt butter; add flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Layer potatoes slices in a greased baking dish with a small amount of cream sauce in between. Cover top layer with Velveeta. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serves 10-12
