10 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup butter
4 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 finely chopped onion
Velvetta cheese

Melt butter; add flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Layer potatoes slices in a greased baking dish with a small amount of cream sauce in between. Cover top layer with Velvetta. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
