1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 cup egg nog (light or regular)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup white chocolate chip morsels
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Spray an 8″x8″x2″ pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl sift flour, baking powder and nutmeg and set aside. Using an electric mixer cream butter and sugar. Stir in egg and egg nog until combined followed by flour mixture until blended. Stir in chopped walnuts, white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Pour in to prepared baking pan and bake for 32-36 minutes until cake tester comes out clean. Cool on wire rack before removing from pan and cutting.
