1 ½ tsp ground allspice
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp dried thyme, ground coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg and garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 (4 oz) boneless, center cut loin pork chops, about ½” thick
Combine seasonings and oil in a bowl; mix to blend. Spread mixture on both sides of chops. Place in a resealable bag and cover. Chill several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Place chops on rack in broiler pan and broil 4-5” from heat for 5-6 minute son each side, until brown. Serves 6
