1 (8 ½ oz) can chunk pineapple in syrup, drained and reserved syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1” chunks
2 lbs spareribs, cut into single ribs
1 envelop SHAKE ‘N BAKE Seasoned coating mix for pork, barbecue style
Mix together 2 tbsp reserved pineapple syrup with soy sauce. Place pineapple, remaining syrup and green pepper in a bowl. Moisten ribs with soy sauce mixture. Empty seasoned coating mix into shaker bag. Coat as directed. Arrange with sides touching in a 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove ribs to end of the pan and add pineapple, syrup and green pepper. Bake, uncovered 20 minutes longer. Serves 4
