2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda and salt
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2-3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another combine oil, eggs and milk. Pour into flour mixture and stir until just moistened but a bit lumpy. Stir in olives and spoon into well greased muffin tin. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden and baked in center.
