1 (1-oz) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch dry salad dressing mix
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Combine the salad dressing mix with oil. Cut the chicken breasts in half, lengthwise (or use chicken tenders). Brush the chicken with the ranch-oil marinade. Thread chicken on 8 wooden or metal skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 5 minutes to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Brush with remaining marinade and place in zipper-top plastic bag until read to grill. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes total.
