2-3 lbs round steak, 1 inch thick
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Trim fat from meat and cut into serving pieces. Flour and season meat with salt and pepper and pound to tenderize. Brown in a skillet in the oil and place in a single layer in a baking dish. Cover with onions. Combine tomatoes with Worcestershire sauce and pour over steak. Cover; bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
