1 pkg wild rice mix
1 medium onion and green or red bell pepper, chopped
3 cups sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 lb bacon, chopped
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup soy sauce
Pepper, to taste

Cook rice according to package directions but use chicken broth for the water. While rice is cooking, brown and drain bacon. Drain skillet with all but 2 tbsp bacon grease and saute the vegetables until tender. Add remaining gingredients and gently stir-fry together for 5 minutes or unitl warmed through. Serves 6-8
