4-5 sole fillets, can substitute flounder
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup white wine and parmesan cheese
Lemon
White sauce mix

In a greased casserole, fish in a single layer. Spinkle with lemon juice. In a small frying pan, saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Spoon mixture over fish.

Make white sauce according to package directions. Turn off heat and add wine and cheese. Pour over fish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
