12 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup ranch dressing
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 dill pickle, finely chopped
Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise, removing yolks. Place yolks in a bowl and mash together with ranch dressing. Mix in cream cheese, then onion and pickle. Fill the egg whites with mixture. Chill until serving.
