1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp cream
1 pox chocolate fudge frosting mix
1 tsp peppermint extract

Using a double boiler, combine butter and cream until melted. Add frosting mix and cook 15 minutes or until thickened. Stir in extract. Spoon 1 tsp of mixture into paper cups or drop onto waxed paper. Make a swirl design on top of each candy with your spoon or fingertip.

NOTE: If it thickens too fast, add a little hot water and stir.
