1 1/2 lb sirloin steak
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup honey and soy sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp ginger
Cut steak into strips across grain. Combine remaining ingredients in a resealable bag; add steak strips. Marinate for several. Remove strips from marinade. Thread strips on skewers and place on a grill or broilers over medium heat just until well browned, turning and basting with marinade. Serve hot.
