1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp sifted confectioners sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp orange rind and vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups milk chocolate morsels
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients and beat until well blended. Add nuts; mix well. Roll into 2 logs; set aside. Melt in the microwave or a double boiler, the chocolate morsels, condensed milk and salt, mixing until smooth. Place 1 log in center of pan; roll and seal seam. Repeat for second log. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 1/4 slices.
