1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine first 3 ingredients and press firmly into the bottom of a buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor until smooth. Melt chips and gradually stir 1/2 cup of the vanilla mixture into the chocolate. Pour remaining vanilla mixture over crumb crust. Pour chocolate mixture over vanilla mixture and swirl with spoon. Bake at 300 for 40-45 minutes or until set. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
