1 cup graham cracker squares
1/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp sugar
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 egg
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Combine first 3 ingredients. Press firmly into the bottom of a buttered 8 inch square pan. Beat together next 6 ingredients until smooth.
Melt chocolate chips and gradually stir 1/2 cup vanilla mixture into chocolate. Pour remaining vanilla mixture over crumb crust. Pour chocolate mixture over vanilla mixture and swirl with a spoon. Bake at 300 for 40-45 minutes or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
