1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough
1/2 lb honey ham
1/3 lb soft brie
1 roasted red pepper, cut into strips
6 tbsp prepared pesto sauce

Allow pastry puff dough to thaw, and cut into 6 equal squares. On each square, place 1 tbsp pesto, a bit of ham, a slice of brie, and a few red pepper strips, diagonally.

Roll pastry from corner around filling and press on the outside corner to secure. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes at 30 or until should be golden brown and puffy.
