1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise
4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 ribs celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
4 bacon strips, cooked cripy and crumbled
1/2 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup red grapes halves
lettuce leaves
miniature croissants


In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon jucie, salt and pepper.
Add chicken, celery, peppers and stir the mixture until combined.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
Just before serving, stir in bacon and pecans, and grapes.
Spoon 1/4 cup of chicken salad onto a lettuce lined croissant.
