1/2 red onion - sliced thin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dry
1 cup creme fraiche or sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Combine ingredients in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper.
