- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced scallions
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup peeled, seeded, and minced cucumber
- salt and pepper, to taste
Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, scallions, and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in the cucumbers. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and chill well before serving.
