Ingredients are seen above in Photo.
Directions: Need 9 inch X 12 inch glass casserole dish
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes (30 minutes covered with foil & 15 minutes uncovered)
Assemble lasagna in layers in the usual fashion.
First put a little tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking & burning
Second, put layer of lasagna ribbon noodle to cover the bottom of the baking dish and cover the noodles with a thin layer of more sauce.
Third, put a layer of crushed meatballs as a meat layer about 1/4 inch thick.
Fourth, put a layer of Ricotta Mixture about 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick
Fifth, cover with a layer of Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
Sixth layer of sauce.
Then Repeat sequence with another layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of meat, then Ricotta mixture, then Mozzarella Cheese, then a sprinkling of Romano Cheese and followed by a layer of sauce.
Top with another layer of lasagna noodles, sprinkled with Romano Cheese and covered with Mozzarella Cheese and finally a thin layer of sauce to partly cover the cheese level.

Italian Grandma Makes Lasagna
You can make lasagna with or without a Ricotta Cheese. The traditional Italian Lasagna is made without Ricotta and is a Meat Lasagna with a chopped boiled egg on each layer of meat followed by Mozzarella, some sauce & then Romano Cheese, then repeat the pattern with more lasagna noodles covered with sauce, followed by the meat layer, hard boil egg, mozzarella, Romano Cheese, sauce, and then another layer of lasagna noodles. The sauce is necessary to keep the lasagna noodles wet and soft.
