Cafe Au Lait Bread

Ready in: 1-2 hrs
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, or flavored coffee
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 2/3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
Combine ingredients in bread pan in order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Select white bread with a light crust. When the bake cycle finishes, remove the pan from the machine and let cool on a rack for 5 minutes then remove the bread from the pan. Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack before slicing or storing. Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
