5 pounds turkey breast, fresh or thawed if frozen
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup garden vegetable-flavored whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients (Except Turkey), until well blended. Spread the mixture over the turkey so it is coated completely.
2. Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
3. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until the turkey registers 165 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
4. Remove the turkey from the crock pot and carve as desired.
