  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic granules
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried dill

Combine all the ingredients. Store the seasoning in a jar with a shaker lid for up to 4 months.

Use approximately 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of beef or pork.
