- 4 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced dried onion
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic granules
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tablespoon dried dill
Combine all the ingredients. Store the seasoning in a jar with a shaker lid for up to 4 months. Use approximately 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of beef or pork.
