- 3 tablespoons coarse salt
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use to season steaks or other cuts of beef before cooking. The beef steak seasoning mix can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
