Mexican Pick Up Sticks

- 2 cans (3 ounce size) French fried onions
- 1 can (7 ounce size) potato sticks
- 2 cups Spanish peanuts
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 package (1.25 ounce size) dry taco seasoning mix
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Combine onions, potato sticks, and peanuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with butter while gently stirring to thoroughly coat. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and mix well. Place the snack mix in a 9x13 baking dish or on a baking sheet with sides. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes at 250 degrees F, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool then serve or store in an airtight container for up to a few days.
