8 oz ceam cheese, room temp
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temp
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted
pinch of salt
Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth
Add brown sugar and vanilla and beat until sugar is dissolved.
Add the powdered sugar and salt a little at a time and beat until smooth and spreadable.
(good on carrot cake)
