Chicken Fajitas

- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in thin strips
- 1 large onion, cut in strips
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder, or to taste
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 8 flour tortillas, warmed
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring constantly, until lightly browned. Add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, chili powder, cumin, black pepper, cayenne, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve immediately with the tortillas and any desired toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, etc.
