Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Season the chicken with salt and pepper as desired and place the chicken in a single layer in the greased baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley. Brush about half of the honey-mustard mixture over the chicken. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces over, brush with the remaining honey-mustard mixture, and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the honey mustard chicken from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes then serve.
