8 lg potatoes
1/2 cup butter
8-oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Paprika

Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in cream cheese, butter, and sour cream. Salt and add other seasonings if you like. Put into a 2 to 3 quart buttered dish. Top with some pats of butter; cover and store in fridge for up to three days.

When ready to serve, sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered at 350 for about 40 minute.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
