1 large bag of Frito Scoops
16 oz sour cream
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
3-4 sweet spring onions (chopped)

Mix sour cream and taco seasoning. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes and onions on top. Dip with fritos.
