Serves 3

1 lb round steak
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp season all
2 Tbsp oil
3/4 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp herb seasoning

Cut steak into serving sized pieces. Combine flour and Season All on waxed paper. Pound mixture into steak with a meat mallet. Brown steak on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Add mixture of remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
**May brown steak in a Dutch oven and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
