Serves 6-8

2 lb round steak or sirloin steak
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cup water
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp seasoned salt
1-2 cup sour cream

Trim fat from steak. Cut steak into 1/2x2-inch strips. Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag. Shake steak in flour mixture, coating well.
Brown steak in olive oil in heavy skillet, removing browned pieces with slotted spoon to 4-quart saucepan. Saute onion and garlic in drippings in skillet. Add to steak in saucepan with slotted spoon; add water. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until steak is tender.
Combine chili sauce, soy sauce, mushrooms with liquid and seasonings in bowl; mix well. Add to steak mixture. Heat to serving temperature; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
