Down-home flavors of chicken and Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix are paired with a perfect gravy prepared with condensed cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese
Complete in 20 minutes
Serves 4
1 Tbsp of butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 box or 6 oz of Pepperidge Farm One Step chicken flavored stuffing mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz) can of condensed Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Heat butter in medium skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook 12-15 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove chicken. Prepare stuffing in skillet according to package directions except let stand 2 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Mix soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat thorough.
TIP: Serve with steamed broccoli and sliced tomatoes in a vinaigrette.
