8 drumsticks
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper and poultry seasoning
2 tbsp oil
1/3 cup water
Recipe for favorite stuffing
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water

Heat a skillet with oil. Season chicken and cook until browned. Pour 1/2 cup water over chicken; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.

Meanwhile, make stuffing. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm. In a small bowl, combine flour and water; mix until smooth. Add flour mixture to skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Place stuffing on a platter and top with chicken. Serve with gravy. Serves 4

COWTOWN BASIC BBQ RUB
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups bbq spice
3/4 cup salt
1/2 cup seasoned salt
1/2 tsp paprika and cayenne pepper
1 tbsp mustard seed

Combine well and sprinkle on desired meat. Let sit at least 30 minutes before cooking.
