- 3 cups dry stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked, diced chicken
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin. Combine the dry stuffing mix, chicken broth, and chicken in a bowl. Mix well to coat the stuffing mix with the broth, letting the stuffing mix absorb the liquid. Spoon the chicken and stuffing mixture into the muffin cups, pressing gently to compact the mixture in the cup. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until heated through. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes then serve.
