- 4 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 10 small (1 1/2 to 2-inch size) potatoes
Place the roast in the crock pot. Drizzle the salad dressing over the roast. Tuck the potatoes around the sides of the roast. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the meat and potatoes are tender.
