1 "Smart & Delicious" Tomato Basil SoftWrap
2 Tbsp vegetable flavored cream cheese
1 C fresh spinach leaves, lightly packed
2 oz. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1 tsp capers
4 thin slices red onion
4 thin slices cucumber
Dash of EVOO and balsamic vinegar
No need to preheat the softwrap. Just lay one wrap on sandwich board to begin. Spread cream cheese on entire wrap. In center of wrap, distribute spinach, salmon, capers, red onion, and cucumbers. Drizzle with EVOO and balsamic vinegar. Roll up, slice in half diagonally, and enjoy!
