Shrimp Pineapple Pizza

- 1 pizza crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 6 ounces cooked shrimp
- 1 (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- crushed red pepper
Prepare Pizza Crust. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Brush prepared crust with olive oil; sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Top with shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake about 8 minutes or until crust is deep golden and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and red pepper. Cut into wedges.
