2 cups sugar
1 cup Crisco
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour alternately with milk. Add flavoring. Bake at 300 degrees in a tube pan sprayed with Pam for 1 1/2 hours.

Icing
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
1/2 cup chopped pecans
enough milk for spreading good

Beat all ingredients together and spread on cake.
