  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup cubed pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar (28 ounce size) spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer half the ingredients, ending with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
