Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni

- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup cubed pepperoni
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar (28 ounce size) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer half the ingredients, ending with mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
