1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 6-oz pkg ocean spray craisins
preheat oven to 350. Grease an 81/2x41/2x
21/2 in loaf pan.
Mix sugar and butter together. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until moist. Stir in nuts and sweetened dried cranberried. Spread batter evenly in a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool..
Makes 1 loaf.
