Ingredients

3 cups water
1-1/2 cup thinly sliced assorted vegetables (Green,Yellow,Red Peppers, Onion, Cabbage, peas, corn,broccoli)
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce or Maggi Hot & Sweet Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce (increase if you need more spice)
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp ground Black pepper
1 tsp corn flour
Salt to Taste

Directions

1. Cook the Soy Chunks (Vegetable protein) according to the instructions on the package. I used the Nutrela brand available in Indian grocery stores
2. Bring to a boil water, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, chili sauce.
3. Once the water mixture starts boiling add sugar, salt, black pepper and allow it to boil for around 5 minutes.
4. Add the vegetables, soy chunks and allow to boil for another 2 minutes.
5. if the soup is very thin, mix corn flour with /2 cup water and add it to the soup.
6. Serve Hot
