Hashbrown Casserole Recipe

This is one that I have used before and I have froven it several
times. I usually freeze it before I cook it. I add the topping on

2 lb. pkg. OreIda Hasbrown potatoes, thawed
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onion

Topping:
2 cups corn flakes
1/4 cup margarine, melted

Combine everything together except topping ingredients. This is the
point I usually freeze it at. I just put it all in a gallon freezer
bag.

When ready to cook I thaw it and pour it in a baking dish. Bake for
45 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine topping ingredients and place on
top of casserole and bake another 15 minutes.
