INGREDIENTS:
1 cup diced onions
1/4 cup of butter (if using a stick of butter, thinly slice)
8 oz of sour cream
8 oz package of sharp chedder cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of frenchs onions
2 lbs. of hashbrowns
(8-12 Servings)

DIRECTIONS:
in a large bowl stir together all ingredients except hashbrowns and frenches onions. Stir in hashbrowns. Spread in a casserole dish, then spread frenches onions on top evenly. Then bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
