Serves/Makes: 8
Ready in: 30-60 minutes

  • 1 box lemon gelatin powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup corn oil
  • 1 package lemon supreme cake mix
  • 4 large eggs

***Glaze***

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Let cool.

Mix everything (except glaze) in bowl adding eggs 1 at a time.

Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

Glaze: Mix icing sugar and lemon juice.

Prick cake with size 8 knitting needle and glaze.
