INGREDIENTS

~2 boxes ziti pasta
~2 LaRgE cans crushed tomatoes
~2 1/2 Lb blocks mozzarella
~1 1/4 Lb block parmesan
~ minced garlic
~ salt
~ pepper
~1 stick butter
~ veg. oil



DIRECTIONS

~Grate parmesan and 1 block of mozz.
~Cut second block of mozz. into chunks.
~Bring a large pot of water to boil, add veg. oil and salt. Add ziti.
~Preheat oven to 400 degrees
~While ziti is cooking add crushed tomatoes to another pot, heat while adding garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
~When the sauce is hot enough add the chunks of mozz. and stir occasionally, when melted completely leave on a low heat.
~When the ziti is soft, strain and pour into two or three baking dishes, do not overcrowd the dishes
~Stir in the butter with the ziti
~Pour the sauce overtop the ziti and mix well
~Cover the ziti in each dish with the grated mozz. and parmesan, DON'T STIR
~Bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is golden brown on top
~Enjoy :)
